Acceptance of orders
Orders are accepted, manufactured and invoiced in accordance with the quantities, specification, price and payments terms as contained in INFORM FURNITURE LTD Order Confirmation paperwork. INFORM FURNITURE LTD should be notified immediately of any discrepancies.
Cancellations
Orders placed cannot be cancelled, nor orders in the process of manufacture altered without written consent from INFORM FURNITURE LTD.
Delivery
INFORM FURNITURE LTD will normally only deliver to a purchaser a non-timed tailgate delivery to your warehouse. All other deliveries including those with specific delivery instructions, timed deliveries and an unpacking and installation service are all chargeable as an extra. Whilst INFORM FURNITURE LTD will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods as soon as possible, delivery time cannot be guaranteed and InForm shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery however caused. INFORM FURNITURE LTD shall be entitled to make partial deliveries or deliveries by instalment.
Ownership of goods
The title of the merchandise will not pass to the purchaser until INFORM FURNITURE LTD has received payment in full.
Damage or faulty workmanship
INFORM FURNITURE reserves the right to repair or replace, damaged or faulty merchandise at their own discretion. If an item is damaged in transit, INFORM FURNITURE LTD must be notified by telephone or email. Immediately upon receipt of such goods. A written and formal confirmation must be received within 3 days otherwise INFORM FURNITURE LTD will accept no claim.
Returns
No merchandise may be returned to INFORM FURNITURE LTD without prior written consent. If returned by agreement, all freight costs must be pre-paid by the purchaser.
Scheduled dispatch and delivery
If the delivery dates are subsequently varied by the customer, INFORM FURNITURE LTD reserve the right to issue their invoice for payment in accordance with the original agreed dates and payment terms. Storage charges for completed goods may subsequently become due.
Changes and variations
INFORM FURNITURE LTD product designs are constantly changing, evolving and improving. The right to change or discontinue at any time without prior notice remains the right of INFORM FURNITURE.
Applications
INFORM FURNITURE LTD Terms and Conditions apply unless a special written agreement exists at the time of order placement.
